Tigo Ghana and Mstoreglobal have signed a business partnership deal to provide consumers with genuine mobile devices, accessories and after sales service.
Under the agreement, Mstoreglobal will provide devices and services from world-leading electronic giants such as Samsung, Microsoft, Huawei, Lenovo and Nokia while tiGO will provide attractive data and voice packages.
The after-sale services will include services such as insurance, screen replacement, device swapping, and payment options.
The Chief Executive Officer of tiGO Ghana, Ms Roshi Motman, and the Vice Chairman of the Midcom Group of Companies, Mr Anand Kapoor, signed the deal on behalf of their respective companies.
The Director of Mobile services for tiGO Ghana, Mr Tara Squire, said the partnership with Mstoreglobal was in line with tiGO’s vision to offer Ghanaians a digital lifestyle while making the brand a choice for those who want to experience Internet.
He said the partnership reinforced the path it had chosen to improve internet penetration in the country and to make internet a way of life for Ghanaians.
Mr Squire also added that tiGO cherished the partnership with Mstoreglobal because it would offer consumers a wide range of mobile phones, after sale services, broadband and insurance packages among other things.
The partnership would allow consumers access to most newly launched devices as soon as they hit the market.
